Sometimes things just don't go the way I want them to be.....

Inspired by Gin, I changed my blog design as well.
Kinda bored of the old one but just never got down to changing it.

You know, when you invest too much in a person, and yet the person never even acknowledges your existence, it stings..
Just like a cold icy slap to the face...
Like a knife plunge deep into the heart (how cliche)

Was whining and wining with my gal friends the other night..
Skeptical and Practical were their middle names, I think..
Somehow they disapproved of me giving up stability with the ex and my persistence to search for the perfect "one".
To them, my middle name was Stupid. Hahaha
Too many bottles later, the 3 of us couldn't even walked straight (oh wait, was that me only?!)

Perhaps in a drunken state of mind, it occurred to me that maybe Skeptical and Practical were right in some sense.
I told them about all the fairy tales that comes with happy endings and the first thing they said was I dun look like Taylor Swift in a single, tiny, nano bit.. (>_<")
How about Walt Disney, I debated. And all I get was I ain't no Miley either.. Hahaha

My brains are all clogged, nowadays it seems so hard to spit out a post...

Then again my Twitter seems to be getting more updates than Blogger.

Just went through my camera and realised that I had not uploaded any pic from my recent Batam getaway (yeah the one that I came back with chicken pox)

Then again, there were only 3 miserable decent pictures...
My friend that went along with the trip was real camera shy and refused to pose for any pictures.. Geeze...

Last night my date took me out for a surprised pre Valentine's Day dinner. : )

Can't tell you guys where we went to but all I can say, it's in town and the place is real old school. They serve mean steaks, Borsch and grilled skewered meat. Ahhhhh I feeel I am revealing too much info.. Hehehehe...

Then we had dessert at another place which their mudpies and cheesecakes are the best (to my standard) And I heard their desserts are airflown daily from the States.. I was like "Wowwww"

Gotta really salute my date coz he took so much time to plan the surprise for me.. = )

To end the night, we went dancing with said date's friends...

I love St Valentine's day! A day to spread love around and kill if you are not getting any.. (just kidding!) Hahahah
